D & H Steel Construction Ltd
This new building for D&H Steel Construction Ltd, project managed by their sister company Clearwater Construction Ltd, provides contemporary designed office and factory facilities, located in an industrial area of Waitakere City.
Acknowledging the production process of the business, it was especially important to ensure the scale and design was appropriate. Emphasis was placed on steel construction throughout the design.
The use of natural light was a particular design feature for the office spaces and natural light was also provided to some of the factory areas.
The factory section, although simple in form, is accentuated with colour and is complimented with an office building that showcases striking elements you would normally find in a corporate building.
