Universal Developments has engaged ASC Architects to assist with a particularly difficult resource consent application, as the site was sold by Auckland City Council with some demanding encumbrances.

The development will bring a much needed injection of quality design to the Avondale town center, fill a large gap in the main street and join the two ends of the shopping street, which have been separated for over 30 years.
