Efficient and modular planning, combined with a reasonably conservative aesthetic, are factors that ensure these apartments, situated on a compact inner-city site, successfully cater to the lifestyle of a wide range of prospective owners.
Designed to maximize natural light and views, and to avoid the common inner city problem of being built out, the building features three levels of secured basement parking, a gymnasium and a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments in a stepped plan arrangement.
The site was restricted so, for optimum access and speed of erection, we used pre-cast panel as the above ground floor structural system. This meant that the building could be constructed above and below ground simultaneously to get the apartment fit-outs under way as quickly as possible.
