This 2500sqm purpose-designed fit out has been completed on two floors of a new office park development in Ellerslie. The building is the office and operating base of a large market research company, so the design concept allowed for internal divisions of the company to operate independently, while still operating seamlessly as part of the company as a whole.
An ‘internal street’ acts as a spine to connect the first floor public spaces, including reception and waiting areas, conference rooms and senior management offices.

The planning had to incorporate an emphasis on security and privacy, particularly among clients and research respondents. This is evident on the first floor where dual reception, waiting and meeting spaces are available to allow complete separation when required.
A café has been included on the ground floor as a staff ‘retreat’ from their usual working environment. This level also incorporates a 50 person call centre, which has to be independently accessed due to its largely after-hours function.
