Talbot Park Community Housing

This major renewal of existing Housing New Zealand properties is a flagship project completed in conjunction with Auckland City. The Glen Innes units are now providing high quality housing for their tenants.

A number of Auckland architects were engaged in various parts of the development to ensure visual variety and high-quality design.

The approved Boffa Miskell masterplan involved replacing low density housing with variously sized house types within the suburb's new medium-density redevelopment.

ASC Architects designed two blocks of four terraces. The three-bedroom units face a new street on the east, but are serviced from a rear service lane to the west. This arrangement allowed courtyards on both frontages and carports at the rear and ensured both morning and afternoon sun into all units.

Oceania Meadowbank Stage 6 Dementia Care

ASC Architects were commissioned by Oceania to design a new two storey Dementia Care building and waste enclosure to the existing Oceania Meadowbank Retirement Village site at 148-168 Meadowbank Road. The Dementia Care Unit (now named Oceania Meadowbank Orakei Building) is stage 6 of the village and comprises of 40 care suite units across two storeys at 2619sqm and comprises of shared living room and kitchen facilities designed around Montessori and Household Model principles to create a more domestic environment, treatment rooms and two nurses station on each floor. The design comprises of an internal courtyard with a landscaped seating area and green wall.

Te Kura Rau Iti

Te Kura o Manunui was completed and opened for term 1 of 2024 and was built to replace its neighbor, Brookfield School, due to extensive roll growth. The Kura was renamed in recognition of the geographical history of the school’s new site and the Brookfield area.

13 Maidstone Street

A new life for a good honest working building. This old industrial building has been converted to a sustainable, light filled creative hub.

Park Point House

This family home is intended as a retreat and place of gathering for the owners and their adult family. It pays homage to the owners Italian culture of social connection, food, children and the natural environment as the glue that binds.

Mount Albert Grammar School - Nairn Block

Woolworths, Greville Road

The 3600m2 Supermarket is a key anchor to this new development on Auckland’s North Shore. The supermarket is ground-breaking for Woolworths as it will be the first to integrate a 1700m2 E-store that will focus on supporting internet orders and courier delivery for the region.
